INQUIRY + BOOKING


Once you reach out, we will talk through what you are looking for, the type of session that fits your needs, and possible dates and locations. I want to make sure we are on the same page from the start so you feel confident moving forward. Your session date is officially reserved once your contract is signed and your retainer is paid. This locks you into my calendar and allows me to begin planning your session intentionally.

After booking, you will receive everything you need to prepare, including next steps and what to expect leading up to your session.

SESSION PREP + PLANNING



Before your session, I will send over a session guide designed to help you feel fully prepared. This includes guidance on what to wear, how to coordinate outfits, and tips to help your session run smoothly.

I am always happy to help with styling questions or location decisions if you are unsure. Planning is a big part of the experience, and I want you to feel supported well before your session day arrives.

YOUR SESSION DAY


On the day of your session, my focus is on creating a relaxed environment where moments can unfold naturally. I will guide you throughout the session so you never feel awkward or unsure of what to do, while still allowing space for real connection and movement.

All invoices must be paid in full prior to your session. This allows us to focus completely on the experience without distractions on session day. Sessions are designed to feel unhurried and comfortable, giving us time to capture a mix of lightly guided portraits and genuine moments in between.

IMAGE SELECTION + EDITING


After your session, I carefully go through your images and narrow them down to the very best moments. Each image is professionally edited with attention to color, tone, and consistency with my signature style. Retouching is included in every session and covers things like removing unwanted people or objects from the background, along with small distractions that take away from the image. I focus on preserving authenticity while making sure your photos feel polished and intentional.

GALLERY DELIVERY


Your online gallery will be delivered with both color and black and white images. Galleries are easy to navigate and allow you to download your images directly. All galleries are set up to make ordering simple, whether you are looking for greeting cards, prints, or wall art.

I am always happy to help guide you through the ordering process, and for clients local to the Savannah and Atlanta areas, I can also assist with print selection and wall art installation. These images are meant to live beyond your screen, and I love helping clients bring them into their homes in a meaningful way.
